July 12th,
Chemo went fine. The Drs talked only a little about plans for the next year for Xander. He will have
to be aware of his risk for relapse for the rest of his life. Even though they call him cured he is really just in remision.
He is also at risk of a secondary cancer. In other words if he ever smokes its almost guarenteed he will have lung cancer.
His chemotherapy treatment for Lymphoma can give him Leukemia. It a risk you get with the "cure" but think of what would have
happened without the "cure"!!!!
July 3rd,
Xander is doing great! We just finished setting off our personal fire works. Tomorrow we head for
Creswell to the wonderful fun they have schedualed. Chemo is on July 12th.
